Cameron Meyerink spent over a decade in the Canadian Armed Forces, serving in diverse roles ranging from paratrooper to strategic advisor. In these capacities, he monitored global events and briefed senior government officials on matters spanning terrorist attacks to geopolitical developments. Following his military service, he became a Senior Policy Officer at the Department of National Defence, where he prepared senior Defence leaders for Parliamentary appearances and ensured they remained informed on all relevant proceedings. He was also responsible for drafting responses to Parliamentarians’ Order Paper Questions and Questions Taken on Notice. Cameron later earned a Master of Political Science from the University of Toronto. In addition to his public service, he has worked as a consultant and contributed to successful political campaigns. He is also an accomplished ghostwriter, with work featured in leading media outlets and published books and is personally published in both feature-length articles and peer-reviewed journals.
